Men's Eating Disorder Group

A dedicated space for men navigating eating disorders. He's currently completing his clinical hours under the supervision of Dr. Maia Popovic, PHD, LPC-S. Details on format and start date are coming soon.
Recovered & Recovering
Mondays · 6–7pm
For individuals actively engaged in eating disorder recovery and seeking additional support to sustain and deepen their progress. Together the group focuses on maintaining recovery, navigating ongoing challenges, and strengthening connection with self and others.
Foundations in Recovery
Wednesdays · 6–7pm
For clients who are new to recovery or feeling ambivalent about beginning, including those navigating disordered eating who may not yet identify with a diagnosis. Includes psychoeducation, foundational skills, and peer connection.
Sunday Teen Skills Group
Sundays · 5–6pm · Ages 14–18
A skills-based group for teens navigating eating disorder recovery. Evidence-based tools, peer support, and a therapist who gets it.
